VLF-34 SMT
The VLF-34 SMT is a compact 0.1Hz VLF AC Hipot tester designed for portable, outdoor use with a peak output voltage of 30kV. It features fully automatic microcomputer control, photoelectric isolation, and smart safety systems including fast over-voltage and over-current protection. Its trolley-style design, integrated structure, and capacitive touch screen make it ideal for fast, accurate field diagnostics of cables, motors, and capacitive equipment.
VLF-63 SMT
The VLF-63 SMT delivers a peak voltage of 60kV with selectable test frequencies of 0.1Hz, 0.05Hz, and 0.02Hz for broad testing versatility. Built with ARM7 microcontroller technology and a closed-loop feedback system, it ensures highly stable, distortion-controlled output. VLF-80 SMT
With a peak voltage of 80kV and high load capacities (up to 5.5μF at 0.02Hz), the VLF-80 SMT is tailored for heavy-duty field testing applications. VLF30/40kV
The VLF30/40kV model is designed for voltage testing of cables and motors rated up to 11kV (30kV unit) and 22kV (40kV unit). It features automatic frequency adjustment between 0.1Hz–0.01Hz and supports load capacities up to 10µF. With a compact controller (4kg) and booster (25kg), it's a portable and reliable solution for field testing.
VLF50kV
The VLF50kV tester is ideal for medium-voltage cable and motor testing up to 22kV. It offers precise automatic frequency variation from 0.1Hz to 0.01Hz and handles loads up to 10µF. The system includes a 4kg controller and a 25kg booster, making it easy to transport and use on-site.
VLF60kV
Optimized for cables and motors rated up to 33kV, the VLF60kV model delivers peak voltage testing with a load capacity of up to 5µF. It includes the same compact controller and booster setup as other models. With frequency flexibility and optional features like DC withstand and Tan Delta testing, it's suited for advanced diagnostics.
VLF80/90kV
The VLF80/90kV is engineered for high-voltage applications exceeding 35kV, offering dual-stage boosting and broad load handling — 10µF below 50kV and 4µF above. This model comes with a two-part booster (25kg + 45kg) and a 4kg controller for comprehensive field performance. It's well-suited for heavy-duty industrial testing with extended voltage range and modular expandability.
