About the COP-A Portable Series

The COP-S Series oil purification system is constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel (food grade), ensuring durability and safety for edible applications. It is primarily used to purify a wide range of oils, including:

The COP-S system is engineered to dewater, deodorize, and remove impurities with high efficiency. Used cooking oil typically contains a high percentage of water, acidic compounds, impurities, and strong odors—this machine is designed to handle those challenges.

  • A plate pressure filtration system for rapid separation of water and solids

  • Two-stage filtration (primary and fine filters) for thorough impurity removal

  • A high vacuum system to effectively dewater and deodorize the oil

  • Stainless steel filter elements that resist acid corrosion, enhancing lifespan and reliability

  • After treatment, used Ester oil and other contaminated oils are restored to a clear, fresh state, making the COP-S Series an essential solution for oil recycling and reuse.
