It features a three-level user system (Operator, Supervisor, Engineer) with an auto log-out function to ensure security. The test sequencing and manual testing capabilities allow for flexible operation, while PC remote commands and external screen output enable seamless integration with production setups. A template system simplifies global changes to test sequences, and operators can receive custom messages to streamline workflows. The matrix visual failure indicator enhances fault detection, and test results can be easily transferred to USB for documentation and analysis.

  • With both simple and advanced test screens, the HAL 400 supports barcode scan functionality and auto test selection by linking part numbers to specific test sequences. Production line metrics such as throughput are displayed for real-time monitoring, and test labels can be printed directly for tracking and compliance. The instrument also allows for cloning settings across multiple units, ensuring consistency in large-scale operations. A performance dashboard view—both local and remote—provides critical insights into operational efficiency, while remote firmware upgrades keep the system up to date. Additionally, operational tests are displayed in Watts, Volts/Amps, and Amps, making the HAL 400 a comprehensive and indispensable tool for high-precision electrical safety testing.

Modern Connectivity

The HAL:400 comes equipped with an extensive array of connectivity options, ensuring you have all the interfaces and connections you could ever need for seamless integration with various devices and systems.

Ethernet and optional Wi-Fi¹ connections allow test result data to be instantly transferred to network locations. Over the air upgrade capabilities mean that we can ensure your PLT is running the most up to date firmware, and add features in the future.

USB allows for the connection of modern peripherals such as Barcode scanners and printers. HDMI output even allows for a larger display if required by simply plugging in a compatible monitor.
