DST.321 Transformer oil Distillation Tester
About the DST.321:
  • This instrument is a high-tech product that integrates mechanics, optics, and electronics.

  • It uses an original German temperature sensor to automatically control the distillation rate, recovery volume, and automatically detect the initial boiling point, dry point, and atmospheric pressure.

  • The results are automatically calculated with automatic fire extinguishing, graduated cylinder bath temperature control (range: 0–60℃), cold bath temperature control (range: 0–60℃), and automatic atmospheric pressure correction.

  • The entire distillation experiment process can be automatically completed.

  • This instrument features a reasonable structure, stable performance, and simple operation, making it an ideal analytical and testing tool.

Recording points can be set by the user:

  • Users can set and record the recovery volume corresponding to the temperature.

  • Users can set and record the temperature corresponding to the recovery volume.

  • Automatically records recording points specified by national standards.

Four ways to end the experiment:

  • Final Point End: Ends the experiment when the final distillation point is detected.

  • Dry Point End: Ends the experiment when the dry point is detected.

  • Temperature End: Ends the experiment based on the user-set temperature value and prints the output.

  • Volume End: Ends the experiment based on the user-set volume value and prints the data.
