CC.1500 Transformer Oil Colour & Appearance Indicator
About the CC.1500:
  • The Petroleum Products Chroma Tester is designed and manufactured according to the SH/T0168 standard in "Petroleum Products Chroma Determination Method."

  • It is used to test the color of various lubricants, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products.

  • The test method involves filling the petroleum product sample into a color comparison tube, then comparing it with a standard color board to determine its color number.

  • See the appendix for the correlation between the color of this instrument and the color in GB/T6540.

  • The instrument consists of a standard color board, observation optical lens, light source, and colorimetric tube.

  • It uses a 220V/100W inside-frosted bulb with a color temperature of 2750 ± 50K as the standard light source.

  • The source light color is filtered through milky glass and a sunlight filter color 33 glass plate, producing spectral characteristics similar to daylight.

  • The standard light forms two parallel beams, which are then uniformly irradiated onto the sample in the colorimetric tube using a plane mirror and prism.

  • The color wheel has 26 Φ14mm light holes, with 25 containing standard color glass sheets numbered 1–25, and the twenty-sixth is blank.

  • The color wheel is rotated using a hand wheel on the instrument's right side to select the correct color during testing.

  • The standard color glass on the color wheel is calibrated with color comparison fluid as the reference.

  • The colorimetric tube is a colorless flat glass tube with an inner diameter of Φ32 mm and a height of 120–130 mm. It is placed in a small cover position on top of the instrument.

  • The observation eyepiece consists of a concave mirror and division grating, allowing the operator to view both the sample color and the standard color.

  • The optical eyepiece includes focus and light adjustment functions.

  • Operation power: 220V/50Hz, 110W.

  • Size: 350 mm × 250 mm × 380 mm (Length × Width × Height).
